Abstract: Aim: The research aimed to carefully analyze the modern management advances as well as the future guidelines for the management of prostate cancer therapy. Method and Materials: The study was aimed to provide the most recent non- chemotherapeutic measures employed in the management of prostate cancer globally. About thirty different journals article were searched online and data relating to prostate cancer was carefully generated. Results: Data obtained revealed the advanced approaches used in the treatment of prostate cancer using different hyphenated techniques such as radiotherapy, radical prostatectomy, Cryotherapy, MRI-targeted, and Transperineal prostate biopsy and genetic testing of Prostate Cancer, etc. The study on the latest and future advances in the management of prostate cancer has shown that the gene expression data produced by the DNA microarray outline forecast with precision the patient's progression after prostatectomy. Conclusion: Precision medicine is seen as the future mainstay in the management of prostate and other types of cancer as well as several disease conditions.
