Abstract:

Based on my survey, state-level data, and some other general health studies that cover Chhatarpur, these are some of the main illnesses and health problems impacting women in the Chhatarpur district (Madhya Pradesh). Anaemia (low hemoglobin/iron deficiency); According to NFHS-5 data, more than half of the state's women between the ages of 15 and 49 were anemic. Reproductive Health Challenges: In rural areas of the state like Chhatarpur, women's health outcomes are still impacted by related reproductive health issues, such as poor antenatal care (ANC) coverage. Typical Underlying Risk Factors for Diseases Affecting Women like Anaemia and poor nutritional status, Insufficient access to obstetric and prenatal care, Emergency services and referral systems that are delayed, Low uptake of preventative care and health awareness. Moringa oleifera are annual and perennial tree, still considered as among underutilized plant and falls under Moringaceae family (Singh Y. et al., 2012). The sub-Himalayan regions of northern India are home to the fast-growing, drought-resistant Moringa oleifera plant (Moringa oleifera). It is the most extensively grown species in the Moringa oleifera genus, which includes 13 species found in tropical and subtropical parts of Asia and Africa. It belongs to the family Moringaceae. Known as the "tree of life" or "miracle tree" because of its many uses and remarkable nutritional composition, Moringa oleifera has been used for millennia as a food and in traditional medicine (Rajangam et al., 2001). The leaves, pods (often referred to as "drumsticks"), seeds, flowers, bark, roots, and almost every other part of the tree are important and have multiple uses.
